Biography
He received his B.E, M.E, and Dr.of Eng. degrees from Utsunomiya University in 1986, 1988 and 1999 respectively. He is a research associate at Teikyo University. He is a member of AAAI, IPSJ, IEICE, JSAI and JSISE.
